The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of central Kyoto but still easily accessible via bus. We loved the convenience of having a kitchenette, balcony, and laundry facilities. It made traveling with kids so much easier. a great experience for our family!
For dads, it would be great to have a small play area for kids.

The room size was surprisingly spacious, giving us plenty of space to relax and move around. the hotel was conveniently located near several bus stops, making it easy for us to explore the city.
the WiFi connection was not very reliable, but luckily we had rented a Pocket WiFi from another company which solved the problem. although the room was generally clean, we noticed some dust on the upper furniture.
